I wish when people wanted to complain or talk shit online, we would all get a notification when it revolves around us. For example, I wasn’t talking shit about Hotel in one of my last posts, but imagine if when I published that article, he got a notification on his phone saying someone was talking about him. Maybe our timelines would be flooded with hate mail & bullshit from around the world, or maybe the act of involving the person they want to talk about is a major deterrent to their actions. Ever since I was a kid, trolls online have been a thing. They are built around a false identity to poke fun & throw shade at others online. I’ll admit, when I see or hear a troll getting under someone else’s skin, I sometimes find it amusing & enjoyable. I shouldn’t but I can’t help it. Especially when they are in a chat room with an online video game. The stress people feel when being targeted is hilarious & their reactions often outweigh the thing that started it.
On Instagram, people will screenshot my stuff & post it behind their private account to only their followers. I don’t really know if they are talking shit about it most of the time, but the fact that people are still hiding behind private accounts & complaining about the actions of other people they don’t know personally rubs me the wrong way. It shouldn’t bother me, but I hate to see it.
The internet is a vast space for people to create who they want to be, for better or worse at times. People can create fake personas & act like they are someone they aren’t in the real world. It’s amazing to see the boldness & harsh realities of the things people are willing to say & do behind a fake identity. They’re confidence is boosted & their ego is enlarged. I know it first-hand that people in my community will say the wildest things online & on their Instagram stories, but when they see someone in public they act like fanboys & fangirls.
For example, when I met a bunch of writers in person at the April Hart Jam in Hartford, CT a lot of people were fans! They were interested in the large canvas I was passing around & interested to hear stories of who I was & how I came up. Not one person talked shit or hated in person. People I never met before & had no clue who they are still wanted to sign my canvas. It’s different because everyone had their blackbooks & wanted signatures in it. I didn’t even bring my blackbook because I knew that was what everyone else was going to do. I prepared days in advance & created a custom canvas for people to be a part of.
Now I’m selling that custom canvas for $1,000. People say “What are you crazy” “No one is going to buy that” “That’s too expensive”. To those people, I say this… It’s only expensive to you. I’m the creator & seller of this artwork & the value is set by me. Thankfully I can set the price to whatever I want. I actually like this painting a lot, despite it having a bunch of cornballs on it, as well as amazing artists! But I can set the value to whatever I deem reasonable. I think $1,000 is very reasonable for this type of painting. Done in collaboration with amazing artists from the New England area. If you don’t got $1,000 to spend on this painting, don’t trip, I have other paintings that are more affordable.

I’m creating vertical integration for myself & brand to grow & adapt. There will be times that my asking price is too high for some people, but there are people willing to spend large sums of money on art. I can break into that market with repeated entries & quality work. I don’t want to be doing illegal graffiti forever & not reaping some sort of reward or benefit from it. I love graffiti as an essence & as a sport. It’s been fun to find new locations & spots throughout the area that have been neglected & forgotten about. But do I see myself doing this forever without getting some sort of monetization, no.
As much as I want to build a positive & lasting reputation, I’d rather get paid for my works of art. I’d rather be making a way of life through art & creativity, instead of hating & wishing bad upon others on social media.
I guess I wanted to take this time to reassure the people that hate & negativity never prospers. If you want to live a happy & fulfilled life, you have to start loving yourself & building yourself up. Tearing down others won’t get you very far.
My girlfriend says I have an addiction & the problem is getting messy, literally.

The entrance to the railroad tracks had a wild stench coming from somewhere, I didn’t know what it was until I saw this. A week later the whole corpse was completely gone. Eaten by bugs & eradicated by the natural elements.
