On nights or days that I go painting, I don’t really care too much about the end results. I’m more in it for the stories, adventures, & things that happen along the way. Sure I want to come out with a good end product to be able to showcase to the world about my creativity & skills, but my mindset is never “Oh my audience is going to love this”. In fact…
Where Would You Rather Be?

I find myself daydreaming about painting & creating while I’m at work. I have the free time & ability to draw & doodle while I’m on the clock, but I think about all of the different spots in the world with beautiful views & breathtaking artworks scattered amongst the trees. The beauty in nature is stunning & I find it all amazing. I love to stop & take pictures of mushrooms, flowers, trees, birds, & anything else that looks interesting to me. I stop to smell the roses more times than I care to admit. I need the energy given from the earth & the universe to feel inspired to create. I’m influenced by the things I watched growing up & the video games I played while stuck inside. I’m influenced by the places I went to & the pictures I’ve taken. I’m influenced by the places I’m going & the places I dream about.

Some spots are very hidden from the public eye. They aren’t hard to find on a map, but getting to it can pose the issues. Google & Apple Maps have become my best friend when it comes to scooping out new locations. I can’t imagine traveling out somewhere without looking at the map first & pinning all the spots that could potentially hold treasures! Simil…
